South Indian Celebration
We love South Indian cooking and have been meaning to get more of it on our menus for a long time now.
We love it for its sophisticated use of spices, something Southern cooks know so well because most of India’s spices are produced in the South.
We love it because South Indian cooking is the yin to North India’s yang.
We love it because it tastes fantastic. Especially when the recipes come from an award-winning South Indian chef who very generously shared his endless wealth of knowledge with us.
We also think you’ll love it matched with beers, something else we’ve been meaning to do for a long time. Full tasting notes on these can be found after the food menu in the centre panel.
